Pursuant to Article 15(3) of Ministerial Implementing Order No 190-B/2017 of 2 February 2017, as amended, the Managing Authority (MA) of the POAPMC is responsible for ensuring that the operational evaluations of the programme are carried out in accordance with European provisions and the applicable national guidelines.

The MA should also carry out a structured survey of final recipients in 2017 and 2022, following the model adopted by the European Commission and the guidelines issued by the Agency, I.P..

• Aggregated report of the results of the structured survey of final recipients of the APMC OP; Special Report | Fund for European Aid to the Most Deprived (FEAD): "valuable support, but its contribution to poverty reduction is not yet known";
• Case study "Fund for European Aid to the Most Deprived - Diverse approaches to supporting Europe’s most successful (2018)";
• Questionnaire addressed to POAPMC recipients, carried out in 2018 by the Strategy and Planning Office of the Ministry of Labour, Solidarity and Social Security, in collaboration with POAPMC and the Social Security Institute;
• Structured survey carried out in 2017 on final recipients of POAPMC.
